Today, the Minister of Minister of National Economy and Finance and President of the Eurogroup, Kyriakos Pierrakakis, where he will hold bilateral meetings with the country’s political leadership.

Specifically, Mr. Pierrakakis will meet with Prime Minister Peter Magiar and Finance Minister Andras Karman, to discuss macroeconomic developments in Europe, the Eurogroup’s priorities, as well as issues of common economic and European interest.

Before his departure from Athens, Kyriakos Pierrakakis made the following statement:

In times of change, Europe has always moved forward through dialogue, mutual understanding, and the willingness to seek common solutions. This is particularly important today, as our economies face common challenges that no country can tackle on its own.
