This development represents an important step toward ensuring the continuation of the work carried out by these organizations throughout the country, which provide prevention, information, and support to thousands of citizens and local communities. On the part of the union representing employees at the Prevention Centers, they expressed particular satisfaction, as the government intervention raises expectations for stability, organizational support, and long-term consolidation of the institution.

The statement
Specifically, the Minister of Health pledged that “immediately, even within July, so that it is completed by the end of the year, the Ministry of Health will take the initiative to launch the institutional dialogue for the signing of the New Programmatic Agreement that ensures the operation of the Prevention Centers.”
