The government and the Ministry of Health have made great progress on the issue of mental health, Adonis Georgiades spoke, via a post on X, Adonis Georgiades.
While the health minister went on to say that 40 new mental health units will be created through the NSRF.

Today I was invited by “Thalos” and Ms Athena Pasios to an excellent event on mental health in the workplace. I also spoke there as a representative of the Prime Minister. Just as I was starting my speech one (1) of an audience of over 400 people started shouting and protesting.
I’d like you to see the handling of that, which ultimately drew a big round of applause and of course ultimately didn’t stop me from speaking and saying what I wanted to say about our great progress and tomorrow’s call through the NSRF to create 40 new mental health units…
