The Air Force is celebrating its 95th anniversary in a journey that began in far-off 1931 and extends to the present day.
As announced by the General Staff of the Air Force, the celebrations will include a major display on Sunday 10 May at 18:00, on the parade of Flisvos, in front of the Stantine Palaiologos’ statue.
The public will have the opportunity to see a flight program of modern and historical aircrafts, in a demonstration that aims to showcase the overall importance of the Air Force.
The event will feature, among others, from Spitfire and Phantom to F-16s and Rafale.
Entrance to the public will be free.
