Faced with a misrepresentation accusations found several MPs who, although they are being investigated for offences to the extent of a misdemeanour, received summonses, protothema.gr, which cited felonious acts.
This sloppiness of the European Public Prosecutor’s Office concerns nine members of New Democracy, as only in the cases of Kostas Ach. Karamanlis and Katerina Papakosta, the investigated amount exceeds 120,000 euros, justifying the criminal nature.
