A dead infant was found by police authorities in an abandoned house in the settlement of Drosero in the city of Xanthi.
According to police sources, the police received an anonymous telephone complaint and rushed to the settlement along with an ambulance of the EKAB, where the infant was found dead inside an old abandoned house.
The circumstances of the infant’s death remain unknown at present, but the 33-year-old mother of the infant, for endangering a minor.
The autopsy will shed light on the exact circumstances of the infant’s death.
