The Hellenic Post announces the restart of postal shipments of items valued up to $800 to the United States, offering a comprehensive easy solution that simplifies the shipping experience with security.
The FTA is introducing a new process to ensure that postal shipments items enter the U.S.
Through the international Zonos application, customers can now prepay their postage easily, quickly and securely before shipping. This ensures that mailings will not face delays, extra charges or refunds upon entering the U.S.
The new service:
ensures complete transparency, as payment of duties is made within the application and is accompanied by all necessary proof (Declaration Identification Number)
offers highly competitive prices, as it is based on the postal service
applies to all shipments of items up to $800.
operates in a few simple and friendly steps
is available in Greek and English
Zonos is an internationally recognized application, already used by postal organizations in countries such as Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom and Cyprus to simplify and secure customs clearance processes.
With this new capability, the Postal Service is ensuring that shipments to the US are made seamlessly, reliably and with full cost control from the outset.
