Notorious thug “Titi”, of Albanian origin, who when police officers arrested him at dawn in Mikrolimano of Piraeus, they found a small arsenal of weapons on him.
The successes of the Greek police include the arrest of the notorious thug, code-named “Titi”, of Albanian origin, last night in Mikrolimano, Piraeus.He resisted and presented the officers with a gun with a bullet in the chamber. The reflexes of the policeman were immediate, who, during the incident of attack by “Titi”, used his personal weapon, which resulted in the thug being injured and immobilized.
In the possession of the notorious thug were found two pistols fully loaded and ready for use, as well as a revolver, 32 cartridges and drugs. At the same time, a backpack containing a quantity of drugs and six grenades were found at the place where he was initially found.
The notorious thug “Titi” since 1995 has been a concern to the authorities for a number of serious offences, including manslaughter, attempted manslaughter, criminal organisation, kidnapping – hostage-taking of a police officer, rape, theft and robbery. In addition, he had a red notice and a European arrest warrant pending against him for attempted murder, common and serial robbery, kidnapping, escape of prisoners, resisting arrest, illegal carrying and use of firearms.
The man in question was arrested abroad in 2019 and served a sentence in his country until 2025, and then, in 2026, according to the investigative data so far, he illegally entered our country. It should be noted that the prison and jail sentences pending against him in our country, in total, exceed 73 years.
